We are seeking a Talented IT Staffing Recruiter to join our team. This is a unique

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible to utilize different channels to search for potential candidates, reach
passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future employment needs.
If you have strong administration skills, know how to source via LinkedIn and enjoy learning about various roles,
we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Interact with potential candidates via outbound outreach & professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, etc.).
- Draft and send recruiting emails to the desired candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and determine position prerequisites.
- Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures.
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Measure conversion rates which includes the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get
invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.
- Request for referrals from current workers and external networks.
- Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System.
- Correspond with past candidates in regards to available job openings.
- Develop recruitment goals and objectives
- Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
- Source passive candidates
- Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
- Use multi channel approach to recruit
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Interview candidates for each position
Recruiter requirements and qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as Recruiter
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Passion about Recruiting
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes and identify good fits
- Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
- Good understanding and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other Recruitment tools
- Independent thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
